A great gluten free biscuit. If you have a gluten intolerance or just want a little less gluten in your diet, here is a delicious alternative to one or the great biscuits.
20 minutes | Cook 15 minutes
  1. In a large bowl, mix the gluten free cereal, flour and coconut.
  2. Put a saucepan over a medium heat with butter, rapadura and water until the butter is melted and the rapadura is dissolved. Once dissolved, add the bicarbonate soda and stir. The mixture will foam up, so remove from the heat so the mixture does not overflow.
  3. Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Form tablespoonfuls into balls and plan on a baking tray line with baking paper. Press down to flatten slightly.
  5. Bake at 180degC for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Cool and enjoy with a cuppa or for a snack.
